Under our 14 Day Money Back Guarantee you may return any unwanted goods. Items MUST be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice (if supplied) and a completed returns form (please request this by telephone: 01942 369840).

Certain items are excluded from the guarantee. These include goods that are made to measure, cut or mixed to your requirements. 

To return an item you can either:

Refunds will only be made when the item is received in our depot and inspected by our quality control manager. Refunds will be made within 3 working days and by the method in which payment was received. It is your responsibility to ensure we receive the goods in a timely manner and undamaged. We will not be held responsible for items that are lost in transit. We would suggest using a tracked or signed for service and obtain a certificate of posting at the point of payment at your post office. This is at your discretion and cost. We will not issue refunds for returned items that have been lost by Royal Mail or courier.

Faulty Or Incorrectly Supplied Goods
