Returns policy terms & conditions
We value your business and want you to be completely satisfied every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want or need to return items. Please follow our returns policy below.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
Any damage item, which has happened in transit, must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. For speed of communication this must be reported directly to the seller by email, to aid and assist us with your claim a digital photograph of the damage should also be attached to the e-mail.
A direct replacement will be sent for faulty or damaged goods directly upon receipt of your returned item.
Not satisfied with your Goods
Under the United Kingdoms Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products. However, we regret that we cannot accept returns where the item has been unsealed. Otherwise, we can accept returns of complete product, which is unused and in an 'as new' condition together with any free gifts or similar.
Return postage charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
Non-Receipt of your order
It is very rare for items to go missing altogether. Most 'missing' items will be waiting for collection at your local Royal Mail delivery office (not Post Office) or will have been left with neighbours, in outhouses etc. If you haven't received your item(s) in the expected time, even if your postman hasn't left you a card PLEASE check with your local delivery office before contacting us. In the majority of cases of non-receipt items are returned to us by the Post Office as not collected. You can ask Royal Mail to redeliver by calling 08457 740740 or online at www.royalmail.com/redeliver
Items are normally kept at the Royal Mail delivery office for three weeks before being returned to us (1 week for special delivery items). If items are returned to us a further delivery charge will be made before we can resend.
If you do need to contact us about non-receipt we will ask that you confirm:
1. That your item is not at your Royal Mail delivery office and
2. Your correct postal address including postcode.
