Extended Christmas Returns
We’ve extended our Returns Policy for Christmas 2014. Orders placed from 1st November 2014 can be returned up until 31st January 2015 and are subject to our returns policy.
We hope that you are satisfied with your purchase from us. If you are not satisfied and would like to return the item or items to us we will be happy to issue a refund or exchange for a different size/colour (subject to availability), providing the item is returned in its original condition, unworn, with all the original packaging and labels intact. We will only be able to accept returns that are sent back to us within 30 days following the date of delivery. If you would like to return your item for a refund, we will refund the full price of the product only; this excludes the original delivery charges paid. You are fully responsible for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us.
How do I return an item?
Please re-pack the item in its original packaging with labels and tags still attached. Fully complete the returns form that was sent with your order with the correct information, clearly stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
Please enclose the form in your parcel to be returned and attach the bottom part of the form with our address onto the front of the parcel. Our address is:

- If you would like to return your item for a refund, we will refund the full price of the product only; this excludes the original delivery charges paid. You are fully responsible for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us.
- Refunds are issued via the same method originally used to pay for the item.
- The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please ask for a "Proof of postage" as we cannot be held responsible for goods that go missing whilst in transit. We recommend that you send the parcel using a tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
I’m a UK customer, can I exchange an item?
We dispatch exchanges free of any additional postage charges to our UK customers only. If we do not have the requested item in stock, we will issue a refund for the full price of the product excluding the original delivery charges paid. You are fully responsible for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us.
I’m an international customer, can I exchange an item?
Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process international exchanges. If you are an international customer we ask that you return your item for a refund for the full price of the product excluding the original delivery charges paid. You are fully responsible for the postage costs of returning the item or items back to us. Once you have received your refund we ask that you place a new order for an alternative item.
How long will my return take to be processed?
All refunds and exchanges will be processed as soon as possible and, in any event, within 48 hours of receiving your returned item or items. Please note, this is provided that the item or items returned are received back to us within the 30 days returns period.
If you have misplaced your Returns Form, please contact us.
If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and be in touch with information of what refund you are entitled to via email within a reasonable period of time.
Please contact us before leaving any negative feedback and enable us to rectify any problems with your order.
*Note: when trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave or a deodorant which may leave a scent or marks on the item. We will be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal.
