I love this phone, it has LOADS of storage which is why I chose this one. It is slim and compact and it links up easily with apps and downloads quickly. The camera is brilliant. I am using it but I do not know the half of what it does and find out something new everyday. Only small complaint is the fingerprint login rarely works, I try 3 times and it refuses me so I have to log in with pin, unsure why as I set it up carefully

The battery runs down in a few hours. The product was refurbished, I am concerned the battery was not replaced. I would have assumed a refurbishment would include a new apple battery. Otherwise it is a good sized phone.

The phone came in excellent condition with a screen protector and case! It came with non-genuine accessories eg. my earpods broke after 3 days and I had to buy a new charger and lightning cable! All-around it was a good buy, quick delivery, and in mint condition. One thing I did notice was that the power button was loose and made annoying rattling sounds in videos.
