If you have simply changed your mind, you can return your purchase to us within 30 days of receipt. Provided you comply with the terms below we will refund the price of the goods and the basic delivery charge.
If the product is faulty (meaning any goods we supply to you that do not conform to the contract), again you can return it to us within 30 days and we will refund or replace the goods in accordance with your legal rights and the Warranty. In addition to this policy, if the warranty is covered directly by the manufacturer you will need to contact the manufacturer for authorisation to return.
In respect to damaged goods, you must contact us immediately, upon receipt. This includes external or internal damage to the box or goods. We advise you not to install or use the goods as this will void the warranty, thus ineligible for return.
Please note, with the exception of faulty goods, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been opened, used or installed. This sort of handling goes beyond what is reasonably allowed in a shop.
Authorise your return: You will need to contact us first through the eBay message system to obtain a Returns Material Authorisation number (RMA) before returning any goods. You will need to provide your order number, reason for return and if applicable, a description of the fault before sending your message. For goods with warranty that is covered directly by the manufacturer you will need to contact the manufacturer to obtain an authorisation number prior to contacting us to return.
Return acknowledgement: You will receive an email confirming your return request has been accepted. Within this email you will receive a printable RMA returns label and for faulty returns, a printable pre-filled returns form. We will also include useful information to help make your return to us as painless as possible.
Package your return: All individual goods (other than those which are faulty) must be in a saleable condition and returned in their original manufacturer's packaging with all security seals intact (where applicable), this includes any free gifts you received, while the outer packaging can be of your choice (e.g. box, mailing bag, etc.). Faulty goods should be returned in their original packaging, complete with all accessories and free gifts. Please ensure that the goods are sufficiently packaged and protected against any damage that may occur during return transit. Please note, with the exception of faulty goods, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been opened, used or installed.
Attach return label: Print off the RMA returns label and attach it to the outer packaging. If you are returning faulty goods, you must include within your package the pre-filled returns form. Goods received without a valid RMA number may be rejected.
Send it: Please make sure you return goods through a traceable service for your safety. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless faulty.
Once we receive the package and confirm that it meets our returns policy, we’ll process your refund or replacement and send you an email to let you know. Refunds are issued by the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction. If there are any issues or your return doesn't meet our returns policy, we’ll contact you.
Faulty goods sent back to us will undergo a warranty inspection either by our service provider or the manufacturer. If the goods test faulty a refund or replacement will be issued. If no fault is found, the goods will be returned back to you.
If you experience any difficulties with the online returns process please contact us. Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy.
If we have sent goods in error or it is verified as faulty upon its return, we will refund the postage charges you have paid to receive and return those goods, unless it was sent to you with other goods which you are not returning.
In order for us to refund the postage charges you have paid, please ensure you forward a copy of your receipt detailing the reasonable charges. Failure to do so means we will only refund you the value of the goods we have received. Refunds of postage fees may be made separately and not necessarily through your initial payment method. If this is the case we will contact you to discuss your options.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us we issue a full refund.
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those products, you're welcome to place a new order. A package may be 'undeliverable' because the address provided was incorrect or, following a failed delivery attempt, it has not been collected from the local collection office and has subsequently been returned to the sender.
