Loft ladder is exactly as described and this is a great company to buy from. Arrived literally within a day or 2, it unfortunately was damaged in transit but this was quickly sort out and a replacement hatch door was posted out which arrived quickly.Loft ladder is now installed, does need finishing and painting but no more getting a ladder from the garage etc… to get into the loft, I don’t know why I didn’t get one fitted years ago ��
