Please make contact with Pulse's Place straight away if you are experiencing any problems with your purchase. Faulty items must be brought to our attention within 1 day of receipt; and returned to Pulse's Place within 14 days after making contact in order to obtain full refund.

Items returned for reasons such as they are simply disliked, buyer has changed mind or do not fit as desired will not have outward or return postage costs refunded.

In order to comply with Royal Mail terms and conditions; any item of mail sent 2nd class to UK (not recorded) is not deemed lost until 15 days AFTER the DUE date of delivery.
