Very Nice Model Kit From Dapol
This model kit is better than the last one I had. The parts are formatted better on this model variant unlike the rocket train I last reviewed. It is easy to build and I am sure that an experienced modeller could build this model train in about 3-5 hours and a new modeller could make this kit in about a day. Everything apart from the glazing is included to get you started. You will just need tools, glue and paint and that's it.This model kit is better than the last one I had. Seems OK to me, No pics yet available
I was not looking for a self-build item, but we will use it as a side product 'awaiting action'.. Good value for other folks may be - not so much for me, but will use it in the later stages of building new extended Hornby 3-rail layout. This is no disrespect to the makers of the product.

Good Value little model of an iconic shunter type.
Excellent little non-running model, which will look well in a siding or as a background item in an early sixties model railway layout. Fitting a working chassis would be fairly easy.

OO gauge Model Shunter
Lovely little model only problem is the instructions it uses correct names for the parts but does not tie in with the exploded plan too well, I ended upby just working from the plan and working out which parts needed to run free and which needed glueing perminantly not bad though

Made this model years ago, model moulding better. Didn't make the kit as your supposed to instead made a shorter version mounted on a 4 wheel bogie and used the rest to scratch build a mobile crane.
