If you want to return something, write or e-mail within 30 days of receiving the goods. Items must then be posted back or otherwise shipped by the buyer, to be received no later than 14 days after they have given notice of their intent to return them. A refund will be given for goods returned in the same condition in which they were shipped - CDs, DVDs, software and similar items must not have been unsealed. Return postage costs will also be refunded if the product is found to be faulty or not as described. Loss or Damage in Transit Goods are normally sent by Royal Mail and there is an option to use some form of recorded delivery. For some people this is inconvenient and they prefer ordinary post.
