Return policy details
• Please return the order in the condition you received it including original documents and packaging, not used, or damaged due to use, not marked in any other way and in a re-sellable condition. Please also inform us of your intentions. The refund will not include postal fee's and we reserve the right to deduct any credit card or paypal fees that we had been charged in relation to the sale. Please also obtain a proof of posting when returning goods because without it no refunds or replacements can be issued if the item gets lost or damaged on return.
• For deficiencies, damage or other related problems with your goods please inform us via email as soon as possible. You must keep the original documents, packaging and labelling with the order until the problem is resolved as they will need to match our own records and be returned if requiring an exchange or refund.
• Under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 (SI 2334/2000). You must inform us by post, fax or e-mail within 7 days of receiving the goods, of your intention to return them. You must include the user ID and the invoice number. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused, in undamaged stock condition suitable for resale. You must pay the carriage cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• In the event of goods being damaged on arrival you must advise the carrier and us immediately. You must check the condition of your goods before signing the delivery note. You must refuse delivery and contact us immediately by email. By signing the delivery note you are agreeing to have received the goods in a satisfactory condition.
