BOEREWORS SEASONING
The spices are good, however, the ingredients to make the sausage is all in metric weights, and the first time I made the sausage, it wasn't spicy enough, and the 2nd time it was too spicy. I wised up, and googled a recipe for Boerewors Sausage on-line, and found the correct amounts, and all the seasonings used, so I no longer have to wait weeks and pay so much for a bag of seasonings.
