I was reluctant to get the Dyson because of short battery life and issues with emptying...The Bosch has a great batterylife easy to empty and picks up well even on lowest setting. It performs better than my corded vacuum on my dark coloured Chinese rug! The tools are a bit of a phaff, but great once set up... I recommend getting a separate good handheld for convenience...

Lightweight and easy to move around. Good suction even with pet hairs. Downsides are that to switch from upright to hand held mode you have to release the handle and the cleaning foot and then attach the strap. On my machine the release catch is stiff and the process is a bit of a pain. Secondly the dust collection bin gets full very quickly and is messy to empty (maybe I'm doing it wrong?)

The first vacuum had a fault, through ebay I contacted Prime Retailing for a replacement which was supplied and works efficiently. Not a fault, but due to the strong suction it doesn't glide across a carpet as do those with castors or a ball. A big improvement over mains vacuums which the cable means stopping to change power sockets

Excellent, I have 4 bed and it does the whole house at least twice without a recharge. easy to empty, perhaps a bit mucky when cleaning the filter but that's all I can say. best vacuum I have ever bought.

Very quick and easy to use and picks up all the dog hairs but not a huge dust capacity before needing emptying. Difficult to revert to a conventional plug-in vacuum after this. The grade A product looked brand new. It performs better than the upright plug-in Dyson it replaces.
