The Sweetest Peas try to be fair and accurate with all my auctions and descriptions (I do sometimes make silly mistakes). Please read each auction and bid carefully or alternatively drop us an email first, I am always online and here to assist.
The Sweetest Peas give you the information that is supplied by our vendors. If this information is incorrect, please email me before leaving negative feedback.
This is not a retail store. All sales are final. If you need to return the item, it needs to be returned in the condition it was sent with original tags and bags/tissue with no rips, or stains from make-up or smoke, worn or damaged with pet hairs etc.
All returns are accepted if the item is damaged/faulty or misrepresented.
The buyer must contact me via email within 7 days of receiving the item.
We do not offer full refunds on any item unless is grossly misrepresented or damaged but hey just email me it's good to talk, we can resolve things together.
If a refund is given it will only be for the cost of the item, the shipping and handling is non refundable. Restocking and other fees may be charged.
If there is a problem, we can work together to resolve the problem. I have always been extremely fair and honest, I always try to work with my lovely customers.
Negative feedback doesn't go away and should only be left as a last resort!
My business strives on positive feedback or constructive feedback, harmonious relations and even some friendships, I have made some lovely friends on ebay.
The Sweetest Peas will make every attempt possible to resolve the issue if we made a mistake. (It happens I am human, I think:)).
Please do not assume a mistake is ever intentional. Let me know if the service I provide could be better, I do really appreciate all my ebay customers letting me know if I have made a mistake on my listings!! (It happens).
The Sweetest Peas is a one women band and I try my best to help out everyone, I treat everyone with respect and work all different hours. I have 3 small children, so I also juggle too!
However, I am currently processes orders once per day at noon from Mon-Fri, if an order is placed before none you will be notified of shipping details. After noon that day, you will be notified the next day for your shipping details
Please be patient and I will endeavour to reply and assist you.
