Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. We have a comprehensive returns policy as stated below and returns under the DSR regulations are accepted - no questions asked.
We comply with the Distance Selling Regulation which allows a buyer to return an item within 7 days. The buyer must pay for return postage or can take advantage of our postal return service at their own cost. We must receive the item within 7 days of the date the buyer takes delivery.
The item must be unused and unopened, no damaged packaging, no missing manuals or marks on the product and must be in full resalable condition.
A buyer may also ask for a return if the item is damaged on arrival, not as described or faulty. You will be required to send the item back to us and must obtain an RMA number.
Any returns that are damaged or broken on arrival must be notified to us within 24 hours of taking receipt.
Most products carry a 12 month warranty - in the unlikely event of your product developing a fault please get in touch and we will arrange to have it repaired and returned to you.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT OBTAINING A RMA NUMBER. If you do not obtain this information and attach to the parcel this could result in us refusing a return. Please contact us on email@example.com for a RMA number.
