Seems to be a reasonable quality but time will tell.
I have given it 5 stars on the basis of using it once only. I am hoping for at least 5 years of use given the limited number if times it will be used each year. So may review my review if it proves not to be so good. It is a good looking unit; it's thermostatic control seems reasonably accurate when checked against an analogue thermometer - within two degrees. It is comparatively light - a bonus compared to the one I am replacing meaning it can be moved around easily. The lid works to keep water vapour in. When heating it takes around 30p per kw/ hour (at my current charges) but of course once at temperature this falls to minimal cost. The lid is a bonus for keeping the heat in!
