If you would like to return your order for any reason please open a return request with eBay in order for us to process your return.
If you would like to return the unopened/unused product to us within 30 days of receiving your order, we will provide a full refund for the product or exchange if requested.
Customers wishing to return their order must ensure that the return order is received by us within 30 days of receipt.
Please include a brief note and an explanation as to why you are returning the item(s).
In order for a refund to be given, the returned product must be received back in the same condition as supplied: unused, unopened and returned with any relevant retail packaging. For reasons of hygiene & safety, we cannot refund or exchange any grooming or cosmetics products that have been removed from the original wrapping (or show any signs of having been used) unless they are faulty.
FAULTY ITEMS
Every effort is made to check products before they leave & to wrap items well to prevent damage in the post, but if in the unlike event the items you receive are damaged or faulty in any way, please contact us within 30 days.
Once you have returned the products, we will refund the cost of your return postage and either provide you with a full refund or replacement product if requested.
