Looked lovely In bottle but as soon as I applied it,it was very watery and wouldn't dry on my nails

Require UV or LED lamp to cure dry it, as it doesn't dry naturally. And need to shake bottle well before use, as the glitters/diamond bits settles downwards in the bottle over time so leaving the upper gel part more watery. Thanks.
