Supplied Customer Artwork
-------------------------
 
Artwork supplied by customers may be in RGB or CMYK format, but we recommend designing in CMYK format, and we will convert RGB artwork to CMYK prior to printing. There can sometimes be a slight colour shift that may occur when converting from RGB to CMYK.
 
All artwork must be supplied as press-quality 300dpi PDF, JPEG, TIFF, PSD or PNG files (or another file format that we have confirmed that we can accept). For some products, we can only accept press-quality 300dpi PDF files. We are not responsible for artwork that may print blurred or pixelated due to the customer's supplied artwork (for example, if it is less than 300dpi or makes use of heavy image compression). We require a 3mm bleed on all edges where the finished product requires this (for example, where any part of the design needs to be printed right up to the edge of the page). If you are unsure of the term "bleed" or how to include this in your artwork, please research this before placing an order, or message/call us. If the artwork supplied is not "print-ready" then we may contact you in order for you to re-supply or to make amendments, and we will not be able to supply your order until you supply replacement artwork. We will then endeavour to get your order into print as soon as possible. In some cases we may be able to amend your artwork for you without charge (for example, if there is a slight sizing issue or lack of bleed), however we may have to charge for alterations which can't be rectified quickly – but we will of course advise you of any costs beforehand. Any delays in artwork not being supplied in a print-ready state may lead to your order missing the desired delivery slot.
 
Artwork files should be supplied with any transparencies "flattened" to avoid issues when the items are printed. If you do not flatten all transparencies, we are not liable for any print defects that may show where transparencies have not been flattened. Likewise, make sure to embed any linked media assets if necessary, as we are not liable for a re-print where linked files are missing from artwork if it is found that they were not embedded and they have not printed correctly.
 
If you require certain colours or shading for your printed items then please either supply us with a printed sample to match as closely as possible against or request a pre-production print (where possible – some options cannot be produced as one-off prints), otherwise our default print colour profiles (Coated FOGRA39 and Uncoated FOGRA29) and settings will be used. On-screen monitor colours due to backlighting and your own screen brightness, contrast and colour settings will often be quite different to actual prints – do not expect a precise match. Likewise, our print results may not match those of another print supplier - do not expect a precise match between products we supply and those supplied by another printer.
 
Artwork Design
--------------
 
Any artwork designed, modified, edited or otherwise altered from its original state by us, remains our intellectual property by English Law, and does not automatically become intellectual property of the person or client who commisions it. In order for us to provide any artwork files that can be used elsewhere, customers agree that we can charge an artwork release fee of £199 plus any applicable admin fees, in order to transfer the complete ownership to the customer.
 
Printing Defects
----------------
 
Customers must notify us in writing (via message or email) within 5 business days of delivery of any defects discovered in the finished goods. In order to receive replacements the customer must return 95% of the delivered products within 7 days of delivery. We shall not be liable for any costs, expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or third-party company arising directly or indirectly out of any print error. In the event that we have printed an order incorrectly and it is found to be our fault then we will supply a full re-print without cost to the customer. If the customer wishes to alter the artwork prior to the re-print then this will be treated as a new order and the customer will waive all rights to a full re-print, and will consequently be charged for the new order.
 
When you receive your order, please check the items before sending out to your customers. We cannot be held liable for costs incurred if you have sent printed items out to customers before checking the contents first.
 
Description of Goods/Warranty and Liability

Although we warrant that the goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given by us, all products we sell are of a technical and variable nature, and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications, advertising and screen-proofs are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. The customer therefore accepts that there may be some slight variance/difference between the described goods and those that they receive.
 
Products

We reserve the right to alter any details of products advertised without notice and while every effort is made to describe goods accurately in the online information or advertisement, no warranty is given as to accuracy and no responsibility will be accepted for error or mis-description and any resulting loss.
 
Complaints
----------
 
Any complaints must be made within 48 hours of receiving your goods. Any complaints made after this time period are void of any right to refund or reprint. We retain the right to resolve any complaint at our own discretion and we will not be liable for any loss of income, loss of profits, loss of markets, loss of reputation, loss of customers, loss of use or loss of an opportunity, even if we had knowledge that such damages or loss might arise, or for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss howsoever arising, including (but without limitation) breach of contract, negligence, wilful act or default. If we agree to a full refund you will need to return the goods to us, we will then refund for the cost of products.
 
Delivery
--------
 
Every effort will be made to deliver on time, but any delivery day specified is an estimated "best endeavour" and no liability is accepted for any loss arising from delay or error in the delivery of the goods. We will do our very best to ensure that an order is despatched to be delivered on or before the last day specified in any delivery estimate, with delivery made via the service selected when the order was placed (or, at our discretion, via another equivalent or better service). We cannot give an exact delivery date or time guarantee or assure that the delivery will be made as per our indicated time, as we rely on third-party delivery companies. We shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company arising directly or indirectly out of any failure to meet any estimated delivery date.
 
If an order is delivered to the wrong delivery addresses due to the customer providing us with the wrong address, or if the delivery is unsuccessful despite a valid delivery attempt, then it is possible that the consignment will be returned back to us. In the event of this happening we can arrange for re-delivery of the consignment (to a new correct address if required), however the customer will be charged for the additional delivery cost plus our re-processing fee, which is £9.99. If it is possible for the parcel to be intercepted before it is returned to us, then we will do our best to get the consignment returned to the local depot or re-delivered to the new address without any cost. However if the new delivery address does not fall under the delivery area for that depot and needs to be transferred to a different depot for delivery then there will be additional delivery charge.
 
Order Cancellations
-------------------
 
Due to nature of the products we sell, reimbursements for products already printed or being printed are not possible. It is sometimes possible to cancel orders that have not already been produced or sent to print, but only if we have not yet incurred any costs in processing the order up to the time when the cancellation request is received. We are open Monday - Friday 9:30am - 4:00pm, so any cancellation requests will not be deemed to be received until we are open.
 
Severability
------------
 
In the event that any term, condition, clause, provision or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent, such term, condition, clause or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
 
Force Majeure
-------------
 
We will not be held responsible for failure or delay in the carrying out of our obligations under the contract arising from any cause outside our reasonable control or by inability to procure materials or articles except at higher prices due to any such cause, and in such circumstances we shall be entitled by notice to terminate the contract in whole or in part without incurring any liability whatsoever to you.
 
These Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
