We are able to achieve this high level of service by operating out of a 16,000 square foot warehouse filled with stock - unlike many of our competitors we hold physical stock so we don't order your product once we receive yours. Using the latest technology and reliable and robust order management processes we are able to see exactly where your order is and any given time down to the person that has picked and even down to what time it is actually been packed and despatched.

Fancy Dress Discount Store takes great care in packaging every order to ensure safe shipment to you. All orders sent within the UK are posted standard delivery. If you require your order faster please select an expedited shipping method when checking out and paying for your order.
Please Note:
Orders will be processed on weekends and bank holidays. This will not speed up the delivery date but we do this to keep on top of all orders. Please make sure you have ordered the correct items and size, as once ordered your order could be picked and packed immediately. Please make sure you have given us the correct delivery address (delivery address is taken from your paypal account when you check out - please double check this is correct). Changes at busy periods may not be able to take place and your order will already be in process. Sorry, no pickups are permitted.

Images and product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, and should a product differ slightly from the product image and description, Fancy Dress Discount Store will not allow returns on the basis that the description or the product image did not exactly match the item supplied. We will endeavour to update product descriptions and images once we know of any sustantial changes to the alterations to design and colour.
