Return policy details
Cleo will normally accept returns if you wish to cancel your purchase under distance selling rules or are unhappy with the purchase provided:-
1/. You notify Cleo Pet Ltd in writing, by fax or e-mail within 14 days of delivery (It's always best if you call first to discuss 0800 358 6142).
2/. The item is returned in the condition it was delivered, undamaged, unused and with all original packaging and printed matter intact.
Cleo Pet Ltd cannot accept general returns on any item which has been USED by a Pet or Pets unless we agree it is defective or for any food items
Please note we expect packaging to be opened but not badly damaged or incomplete when it is returned for a general refund.
3/. For any 'perfect' item returned there may be a restocking charge equal to 15% of the product value or the cost of the original postage fee, whichever is the higher.
This will be deducted from any repayment (at the discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd).
4/. Reimbursement for damaged items will include the customers original postage and return postage charges at the discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd, and will be credited by Cheque (sent by recorded delivery) or Paypal
5/. Reimbursement cannot be paid until the goods are delivered back to Cleo and are checked (then payment will be within three days of return).
6/. Customer to pay for return postage costs, UNLESS the goods are defective AND we cannot solve the problem by sending replacement parts FOC, in which case we will refund this postage cost too.
7/. Parcels returned by customer to be packed securely to prevent transit damage and to be delivered in person or by a 'recorded' service.
Returned parcels which go 'astray' in transit or are damaged on return will not be reimbursed at the discretion of Cleo Pet Ltd.
Non of the above affects your statutory rights.
From time to time we offer clearance items from tidying our warehouse.
Such items will be clearly marked as such on the listing and are not generally returnable, but will be priced accordingly.
In the unlikely event that a part is damaged or missing when you receive such an item we will do our best to send a replacement part at our cost, so buy with confidence.

Please note a number of individual postage options are offered for most locations including 'Highlands and Islands' and most European destinations.
We are happy to post to all International customers but if your location or you have a multiple product order which is not covered please e-mail so we can provide you with a delivery price.
Please be aware many of our items are very heavy, so overseas postage can be substantial and often unviable!!!
