I use gas bottles a lot and these tool-less regulators are easy to use. I use them in conjunction with 8mm Coupling Connector Quick Release Gas Hose Nozzle this allows me to disconnect and swap appliances and leave hose connected to gas bottle.

This replaced a metal to metal regulator of the same make. The old one would occasionally leak despite using a very large spanner and a lot of force to secure it. The replacement can be tightened using fingers only, and the washer means no more leaks. I should have replaced the old one years ago...

This unit replaces a standard brass to brass regulator, as it sealed on some 3.9kg calor gas bottles, but leaked on others, I didn't want to hammer the spanner as suggested by some forum members as something could fracture. It came with two replacement rubber seals, time will tell how well these last. But no leaks so far, quicker to exchange bottles.
No propane gas smells in the gas locker now.
I was going to exchange the bottle at calor, but more hassle and I could get another duff one.
