>> 100 Day Return Policy
- Not happy with your purchase? If for whatever reason your order items are not as you had hoped for then don't worry - you've got 100 days from the date of receiving your goods to return them to us. Your returned item(s) must meet the conditions noted below.
>> Conditions of Return
We ask that you return the item(s) in the same condition you received them in with their original packaging with any labels and tags attached.
- Item Condition
Please make sure the item is not damaged, marked or visibly worn. Please do not wash your item(s) or attempt to change them in any way.
- Shoe Returns
Trying: Always try on your shoes indoors on carpet to avoid getting any marks on them and for hygiene purposes we ask that you wear socks.
Returning: The shoe box forms part of the goods and as such we ask that you place the boxed shoes inside external packaging to avoid damaging it.
- Special Discounts and Free Gifts
If the item(s) returned contributed towards a special discount (i.e. multi-buys, free item, free postage) the discount will be claimed back where applicable. In event that we included a free gift with your order, as part of a promotion, please return this with your goods if you are returning for a refund.
>> Consumer Contract Regulations (CCR)
The UK Consumer Contract Regulations advise that you have 14 days in which you can cancel your contract for your order in order to receive a full refund including your postage to get the item to you.
The 14 calendar days start from the time when you receive your goods. To cancel your order please inform us the ebay messaging system or call us on 0333 6000 666.
To return your order for cancellation you must return your full order and must comply with our Conditions of Return.
Please note: Consumer Contract Regulations exclude the following:
- Custom skateboard builds, including gripped decks
- Sealed media, such as CDs, DVDs that have been opened
- Underwear and swimwear

>> How to Return
In order to return your item(s), please fill in the reverse of your invoice with the item that you're returning as well as the reason you're returning it. Be sure to include this returns form inside your package with the item(s). We've included a address label on your invoice, please use this on the front of your parcel for address accuracy.
Please note: You are responsible for the costs incurred when returning your goods. We recommend using the services listed below, however until we recieve your goods back, you are still responsible for them.
If you don't have your original returns form, please get in touch and we'll provide one for you.
You are responsible for getting the item(s) back to us, however we do recommend using a tracked service from either Royal Mail, Collect or MyHermes.
>> Refusing a Delivery
If you want to refuse, or have refused delivery for any on the below reasons:
- You do not want the parcel
You will be liable for any costs we incur from our courier for return delivery.
If however, you refuse because there is something wrong with your order, something is missing or the package is already opened then the above statement is not applicable to you.
>> International Returns
You can only send your item back for a refund. If you want another product in exchange please re-order via the website.
>> Faulty Returns
In the unfortunate event that your item(s) is faulty, please contact us in the first instance. We will advise on the best course of action to take. We'll endeavour to get a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
>> Returning to our Store
For your convenience, you can go to our Derby store with your returns. Please ensure that you take your Invoice with you as proof of purchase. Exchanges can be dealt with immediately, however refunds must go through our refund process and could take up to 14 working days to clear into your account.
All exchanges and refunds are processed within 2 working days of receiving them back. We will send you an email (if a valid email address was included on your order) to let you know we've processed your exchange or refund.
