In accordance with Distance Selling Regulations items can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of goods. I have extended my returns policy to enable customers to return items up to 30 days. All returned items must be in the same new, unused, resaleable condition they were received in with all tags intact. Returns cannot be accepted on swimwear (without hygiene strip), leggings, hosiery, underwear, and other intimate garments for hygiene reasons. Returns cannot be accepted for any pierced earrings, make-up or toiletries. Items claimed as faulty will be inspected by me personally, and my decision is final. The buyer assumes all responsibility for return postage costs, and the cost of posting exchange items. Refunds will be made at the original purchase price after the item/s have been received and inspected. Items must be returned via tracked method i.e. signed for (If an item is lost in transit when returning the buyer is responsible for making a claim with Royal Mail). If you are returning an item due to the item does not fit/ you change your mind postage costs will not be refunded.. In the case of items claimed as missing or delayed a refund will only be issued once a period of 14 working days for inland (UK) or 21 day for International from the estimated date of delivery has passed without the item being delivered this is in accordance with Royal Mail postal services. Buyers will be required to sign a declaration form to confirm the item did not arrive. All claims of non receipt are reported to Ebay. Please contact me before returning goods.
