Return policy details
Always read through the description of the item you purchased fully before contacting us to make a return. Re-checking the details of an item can often clear up the need for a return. It is also advisable to check the terms and condition section that is available on the same page. Unwanted items may be returned within 14 working days though must be returned in the original condition they were in when received. This means that items that are supplied in a sealed package should be returned as such. Buyers who change their mind after purchasing a product will be accountable for all postage costs incurred Please note, if we cover the initial cost of sending the item free of charge we do not offer to cover the return postage in addition to this.
