This product arrived well packed and very quickly the heat pad itself is lovely plus its longer and more versatile than my old one it has a lovely smooth texture pad . I have a shoulder problem and i can wrap this around my shoulder to get the heat just where i want it absolutely love this heat pad gets warm very quick the length means it can go across your back without having to move it to another part every now and again.
