The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

We want to ensure you are always happy when shopping with us. To ensure this, we offer an "absolute satisfaction" guarantee where you can return any unopened item within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order.
Please package up securely and include details of your order number, authorisation number, and whether a replacement or refund is required.
Include a full description of why you are returning the item. Any faulty item must have a full description of what the fault is. If item is damaged please inform us within 3 working days of receiving the items.
Please obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office when you send it. Proof of postage does not cost anything however without it we may not be able to process your return which may result in the item being returned to you. A returned item with a tracking number is the best just in case the item gets lost on the way back.
If the item is not as described, damaged or incorrect item has been received we will refund postage cost of the item to be sent back to us up to the value £4.75. We do not refund anything more than this. We recommend the item is sent back recorded delivery so it can be tracked.
If the packaging is damaged in any way, 10% of the amount of the item will be charged. Please ensure the item is sent back exactly how received.
