In the unlikely event that you are not completely happy with your purchase, Kitsch & Caboodle of London offer a 14 day return policy. However, please be aware that for hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the return of earrings and/or underwear, unless they are faulty. You must contact us in advance of returning an item by using the eBay automated returns section or by sending us a message via eBay Messages.
Once your item is received it will be inspected, and if it is found to be damaged, altered or worn, the return will not be accepted. Providing the item is returned in good time, and in perfect order, with all paperwork and packaging included, we will issue your refund minus any postage and packing charges. All items should be sent back to us via Recorded Delivery, and the return postage will be the responsibility of the sender.
Every item is checked before it is sent out, however, in the unlikely event that you receive a genuinely faulty item, we will replace the item, or refund you, free of charge.
