So company sent different adult insoles that required cutting when I specifically ordered child sizes. Despite a number of emails requesting they change item for correct ones together with photos they dragged their feet and still wouldn't exchange.
The customer service isn't good and I was forced to open ebay dispute as they didn't provide return pre-paid postage label when they should.
Never again!
