A really nice amp, punchy, flexible and suitable for all styles. Also sounds great with my pedal steel. Easy to handle. Good range of voices and effects. Controls well graduated for fine sound control. Foot switch allows switching between channels and each channel can be set up independently of the other whilst using a single input instrument. Good value for money.

If you are thinking about buying on of these, i would recommend that you go for it. I myself was unsure whether or not to spend the money for one, but i don't regret my decision. To get something similar with a different brand you would have to spend at least £100 more, and for this offer it's great value for money. The amp has a decent amount of power for either playing in the studio or playing at venues. And the effects that are built in have so much variety. They are complimented with a foot switch that enables you to switch to distortion which comes very handy. Overall i would recommend one of these because of the affordable price, but at the same time, an amp that gives you a good clean sound that can be tinkered with to create other settings. All the best searching for an amp! :)

Unless you’re willing to pay in excess of £800 to have a very slight increase in sound quality then I would say buy a Champion 100 and if you’re lucky enough to have the spare £500 left over then buy yourself some top quality effect pedals. I’m using this amp with professional delay pedals and the sound is incredible! This amp sounds best in a more clean mode rather than using the onboard effects, which are quite limited. This is not a modelling amp as such. But to repeat myself somewhat, using quality pedals which the Champion 100 really gives a professional sound and, wether that is in your home studio or on stage. It certainly has the power to project. All in all you’ll be hard pressed to find a better sounding amp for anything like the money.
