We hope you are pleased with our products, however, we understand that sometimes a customer may change their mind and may wish to return an item.
Our Shop takes customer satisfaction very seriously and makes every effort to be fully transparent at all times.
Accordingly, we have developed a Refunds and Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to refunds and returns.
1. Changed your mind after receiving your order?
You know you're in safe hands with our shop & our products have a 30-day money back guarantee. If you change your mind, you can return the product to us within 30 days, as long as it is unused and in its original condition (including undamaged packaging), and we will either exchange it or give you a full refund.
You can choose to cancel anytime from placing your order up to the end of the 30 day period after you take possession of the goods (or in the case of a multiple order, the last part of the order). You must then send it back to us within a further 14 days, unused and in the original packaging.
We aim to issue a refund by the 30th day after initial notification. Please take reasonable care of the goods you are returning - if you fail to do so and this results in damage or deterioration, we will exercise our right to charge you for the reduction in value. Similarly, we will charge you for the reduction in value of any used goods.
Please make it clear when you cancel an order that you are canceling under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation & Additional Charges) Regulations.
2. Changing address after the order was placed.
For your security, we only despatch your order to the address you provide us at the moment of purchase.
If you will require us to change the address after an order was placed and the item is not yet dispatched, we will cancel your order and will ask to place an order again.
4. Order cancellation after it was shipped.
If you will request to cancel an order after it was already entered in advance shipping stage (dispatched) – we will do our best to do so, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be successful.
5. Goods Damaged On Arrival
If you discover that your goods are visibly damaged on arrival, you should either write on the delivery note that the packaging is damaged or refuse to accept the delivery.
In most cases, where goods are being returned to us due to damage on arrival, then a repair is simply not practicable and a refund will be issued.
All deliveries will be considered as received in good condition unless you specifically sign for them as 'damaged' or 'opened' etc. 'Unchecked' will not be accepted as a valid status.
6. Goods Become Faulty During Use
If your goods become faulty after delivery, we will always instruct you to contact the manufacturer directly for a warranty repair or replacement. This is often the quickest way to have a fault resolved.
For example, in some cases, manufacturers provide a special full on-site service and/or telephone help facilities for your convenience.Alternatively, you can contact us directly if the goods do not conform to the contract made between us.
7. Return Costs
Please note that return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
It is the customer’s responsibility to cover the return cost of unwanted goods.
We do recommend to use Tracked Delivery Services and require to provide carrier name and Tracking ID.
Please note you must open Return Case on eBay and receive a confirmation from us before returning any item Request a return no later than 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date.
Upon contacting us you will be given full details on the best way to return an item to us. If you do not contact us before returning an item, there is no guarantee that we will be able to process your return and issue your refund or replacement.
All returns must include all original accessories which accompanied the original shipment.
We will issue a refund within 3-10 business days via your original payment method after item will be received and inspected.
