Which arrived with broken glass, I contacted the seller and was immediately contacted by Amanda who resolved the issue and a replacement glass was issued and delivered next day. Would like to also say that the frame was very carefully packaged, so the broken glass was just Bad luck! Super service and a very helpful Amanda! Thanks so much!!

She arranged a replacement to be sent which arrived within 3 days. The frame itself was well packaged, and in perfect condition. It is a lovely frame. Well made, and excellent quality for the price. I would definitely recommend this product, and this seller.

Seller replied straight away and dispatched replacement Perspex ( I chose this over the risk of glass getting damaged). Very happy with purchase and seller. Would highly recommend
