As stated above a thorough inspection OF ALL FURNITURE is carried out before any of our items are released for delivery/collection and therefore you can be assured that no known defects are present at this time. Should any defect arise within 7 days of receipt please contact us immediately and we will investigate the problem. Should it be found by us that there is a defect in the production of the item we will exchange the item or refund the value of the item. Liability is limited to the value of the item in question Returns If wish to return an item due to unsuitability then in line with the Distance Selling Regulations (DSR) you can do so provided you inform us of your decision within 7 days of receipt. The item must not be used and must be ‘as new’ when returned to us. Once you’ve informed us that you wish to return goods under the DSR, you have 28 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at Hampshire Barn Interiors, we’ll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method. Please note the product must still be in its original packaging and unused or claims may be invalid.
