The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
Return policy details
We value our customer satisfaction and have a 30 day returns policy. Items are chargeable to 25% handling return fee. In the unlikely event that the item is not suitable, you may return it to us in a new and unused condition (exception of CD and DVDs). Returns must be sent by a traceable method and at the buyer's own expense. Postage and packaging charges are not refundable in this case.
If an item is faulty, NOT damaged, the faulty item will be covered under Audi Warranty and will need to be investigated and confirmed as faulty by an Audi dealership with the item installed on your vehicle and then will be replaced upon confirmation of fault, We cannot accept returns for items fitted to the vehicle and returned to us as the procedure above has to be followed.
