Collection Options (Not available for all products).
We always welcome personal callers but please bear in mind that certain stock lines are held at alternate locations which may take up to 24 hours to make available at our main collection address. Please therefore ensure that you telephone 01747 850501 (Mon-Fri 10am to 1pm, 2pm to 5pm, closed Wed/Tu AM) before visiting to avoid being kept waiting and to ensure that your purchased product is checked and made available to the sales counter area from warehousing in time for your intended collection time. Collections may be made from our company warehouse and trade counter/showroom at Cougar Computers Ltd, Unit 10c Wincombe Business Park, Shaftesbury, SP7 9QJ by arrangement Mon/Tue/Fri 10am to 1pm, Mon-Fri 2pm to 5pm.
Shipping Options (Premium Charged UK Destinations).
Shipping of orders via Parcelforce to UK premium charged destinations which includes all postcodes in Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands, Scilly Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and Channel Islands, carry a surcharge of £7.90 which must be added in under sellers other charges when completing checkout and before completing payment to avoid a delay in shipping your purchase. If you select a Parcelforce shipping option for delivery to a premium charged postcode then for orders weighing up to 2.5kg we will automatically convert this to Royal Mail 1st class signed for packet/24 tracked delivery service, and for orders weighing more than 2.5kg we contact you to request payment of the additional delivery charge premium required if this has not been paid or correctly selected from the checkout shipping options available. Please contact us prior to completing checkout if you are unsure or unclear how to checkout to a UK premium charged destination so that we can manually amend your invoice/checkout for you.
Warranty Terms & Conditions.
Standard warranty terms are 12 months from date of purchase. In the unlikely case of experiencing what you think may be a defect or fault, please contact us first so that we may fully assist and diagnose, etc. Over 90% of first reported defects or faults are resolved via telephone, eBay message or email without the need for a return. If a product return is required and agreed by us please return the complete product exactly as received together with an accurate failure description plus proof of purchase/original receipt/invoice (from the DOCS ENCLOSED on the original package front) and all accessories and internal packaging as originally supplied.
During the warranty period you will receive a replacement product from us if available.

Warranty will be void in all instances of opened or tampered with product casings, physical damage, misuse, modification, repair by unauthorised persons, carelessness, and using the product for any purpose other than its intended use.
We always security mark all products and accessories as well as keeping accurate records of all product serial numbers when present; these marks and numbers are always verified upon receipt of a return to ensure any returned product or part originated from us and is within warranty.
Exclusions of warranty.
Product returned with our security marks incorrect or absent, including UV marks, serial numbers, model types, plus other various specific identifying characteristics known to us.
Damage caused by accidents, mistreatment or disasters, such as fire, flood, earthquake, war, vandalism or theft.
Incompatibility with other hardware/software not defined as minimum system requirements.
Accessories such as batteries, fuses, bulbs.
In no event shall we or the manufacturer be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, including any loss of business profits or any other commercial damages arising as a consequence of using the product for any purpose other than its intended and proper use.
International/Non EU Buyers – Please Note:
