I saw this and was a little sceptical. I thought what else can you do. The way it is broken down into the various areas and the ingredients used truly makes this books a must have. I travel to Bologna quite a lot and the ingredients within this book are spot on. You have really done quite a lot of research. I can’t wait to start cooking.
