Return policy details
A full refund will be offered on any standard & "off the shelf" items that are found to be faulty, wrong size or colour (for the shrugs only) or not despatched to the agreed specifications, as long as the fault/error is reported within 14 days and upon receipt of returned goods. Please ask before ordering if you are unsure. Refunds, minus original postage costs, will be issued however, goods returned in an un-saleable condition will not be accepted. Any application for a refund must be made within 14 days of delivery and the item/s returned within 14 days by Recorded Delivery, without exception. We regret that we cannot be held responsible for returned goods lost in the post. Bespoke items are not covered by this returns policy and items which are made to order or personalised to customer request are not subject to our 14 day refund period and are non-returnable/non-refundable. If you are unsure of colours prior to ordering please send a swatch.
