My trusty stainless steel hob with solid electric plates was looking its age as the plates had become stained and spotted with years of constant use. No amount of careful cleaning could restore them. The covers are of good solid quality stainless steel without being too heavy and they sit neatly over the electric plates when not in use. They are easy to wash and keep clean and bright. At the cost of only a few pounds they have totally transformed the look of my hob which is now clean and shiny all over and no longer offends me every time I go into the kitchen! I should have bought these years ago but it is never too late!

I just noticed the request to leave feedback for this product, even though I purchased it 4 years ago. As these hob covers are still going strong maybe this is a good time to write a review. Simply put: I love them. The hotplates on my stove top are looking very tired and were an eyesore. I was very pleased to find this product online and even more pleased when I had them in use. Even now, 4 years later, every time I wipe down the kitchen benches those sparkling hob covers bring me satisfaction.
