Not straight forward fit
Got tail piece, looks good quality, went to fit it to my CBR 900rr 1999 and the threads in the tail piece were not deep enough for the Allen headed bolts supplied so the tail piece did not tighen up to the rest of the exhaust so will have to try something to make it fit . A bit disappointed as something like this should be a two minute job to fit obviously not been properly looked at for this bike . Brilliant quality as always.
I’ve had loads of these cans over the years on all kinds of bikes. They always seem to produce good power and sound! Had a pair with custom sized inlets with springs mounted to a 05 z1000 ( custom shorter link pipes ) making 136bhp on a very strict Dyno! The same cans were then fitted to a xjr1300. Sounded amazing on that one! Now I have one of their carbon cans on a 17 DL650 with larger headers! Now that sounds bloody good 😁 would highly recommend these cans over some of the more expensive, big named manufacturers out there. Excellent, very happy!
I bought this to fit on my 5th gen VFR800 as I already had a high level link pipe from a previous purchase. I’ll be honest and say it’s not a make I’ve heard of amongst the usual Delkevic, Black widows etc, but my first impressions were that it’s very good quality and seems well made with an excellent finish. The exhaust fitted nicely and suits the bike very well in my opinion. A good point with these exhausts is that they are plug and play, so no need for re jetting or re mapping after, and you know it won’t affect the running of the bike. Mine has the removable baffle which I’ve left in as that was one of the main points, so I could ‘fit and forget’ and not have to swap over to the original at MOT time. The sound is very good, releases that V4 rumble and being road legal means it’s spot ... I bought this to fit on my 5th gen VFR800 as I already had a high level link pipe from a previous purchase.
