Return policy details
Please contact me if there is any problem, as customer satisfaction is my main aim. Should a return be necessary, you have 30 days in which to return the item in perfect unworn and unaltered condition. Tracking numbers should be provided through the e-bay message system, at the time of sending. The full item cost paid will be refunded only when I have received the item back. Items should be sent back by a fully insured and signed for postal service. Please note that for jewellery over £50, the special delivery service is the only insured option. I cannot be responsible for any lost parcels. However, the sender can claim a refund from the RM for lost parcels, but only for the insured amount, which is why it is very important that a fully insured postal service for jewellery is used (see the Royal Mail website). This protects the buyer, should the item be lost in the post. For items over £200, I will refund your return postage only if special delivery is used to return the item to me, but only under those conditions. There is no legal requirement to refund on bespoke items, however, if the item can be listed for re-sale and is not too specific, I will refund, under the above conditions. Any items which have been altered in any way are non-refundable. Any items which have been worn are non-refundable.
