Under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee you can cancel your order and return unwanted goods. Items should be unused, in a saleable condition, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. To return product(s) for any reason within 30 days from the date of delivery / collection, simply complete your preferred option on the Returns Form that was sent with your order
On receipt of your returns we will examine the product(s) to ensure the following conditions have been satisfied and, if so, your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days (less any applicable delivery, collection and/or re-stocking charges):
• Items should be unused, fit for immediate re-sale, with their original packaging and with all component parts and any promotional items received. A re-stocking charge of 25% will apply
• You provide the Advice/Dispatch/Packing Note or other proof of purchase (and for the avoidance of doubt a copy of the email confirming details of the order will not be sufficient for these purposes)
• We cannot offer refunds on the following (unless it is faulty):
o Packaging is either not in it's original condition or fit for re-sale
o Goods have been fitted
• We'll only refund the delivery charge if the goods are received damaged, faulty or incorrect
If there's a fault with your product...
In the unlikely event that a product is faulty or it has been damaged during delivery, we will exchange the product or provide you with a full refund together with any applicable delivery charges. On receipt of the faulty product(s) your refund will be processed within 2-3 working days
• If you purchased the item less than 30-days ago you can return it under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. Please make sure that you return all component parts and any promotional items received. You should include your invoice and a completed Returns Form, which was sent with your order.
• If you purchased the item more than 30-days ago our aim is to get the problem put right as quickly as possible. Initially, check if the manufacturer offers a helpline, repair or warranty service. Using this service may be the fastest way to get the problem put right. In instances where the manufacturer is unable to resolve the issue we may be able to replace the item with the same or an equivalent model. Alternatively, simply complete your preferred option on the Returns Form that was sent with your order
