FREE UK RETURNS TO ALL UK BASED CUSTOMERS. Please note all non UK customers will be responsible for there return costs when sending items back to us* on all Apparel, Footwear and Accessories, that’s right shipping is on us both ways for items that are more likely to be size/style/fit dependant.

In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from 4Sold, you may return unused goods, along with all original packaging and any labels within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, we strongly recommend that you place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods. This means you will have what you need without unnecessary delay, rather than having to wait for the goods to reach us and be processed. If you choose this method you should please simply request a refund for your original order when you send it back.
There are certain items which are non-returnable, for exchange or refund.
• Any hats base layersthat have been worn and are not in the original packaging.
• All glasses is non-returnable due to our health and hygiene policy. Please make sure you purchase the correct size.
• Any device where the Warranty has been registered or additional software has been downloaded.
• Blister packs that have been opened.
Free Return Postage Exclusions
Unfortunately due to the size and weight of certain products we are unable to offer free returns on the following items.
• Snap cap, besbal cap,hats with large size ponpon
Do not worry our returns process is still really easy.
Getting the items/s back to us.
We recommend that you use a reputable courier (e.g. UPS) for larger items and Royal Mail Special/Recorded Delivery for smaller items. We cannot accept responsibility for the returned goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods. Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the wrong goods in error.
Also to small things such as glasses, hats, bags please send us message and we send you free return large envelope.
Just the same as with our other returns please simply use the slip that should have arrived with your item/s to let us know what you are returning, your details etc (just please do not attempt to send back the item with the free return label as it will be declined by Royal Mail)
What happens next?
You now have two options:
• So that you receive the replacement goods as soon as possible, please place another order online as soon as you know you will have to return the original goods. • Please note on the returns form your request for a refund of the purchase price, this will be actioned and refunded via the same payment method as the original order, Please note that refunds can take 2/3 working days to show in bank accounts.
All goods come with a 60 days guarantee backed by the manufacturer (unless stated otherwise). If an item is delivered faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken:
In all cases we will require the customer to provide photo’s / images of the faulty item, along with the proof of purchase for that item, please forward these items to email@example.com. Based on the outcome of this we may require the item to be returned to us in whole or part, this is to try to reduce the postage costs for both parties. We will contact the relevant manufacturer in relation to the fault, who may at their discretion require an inspection of the item. The manufacturer reserves the right to offer a repair, replacement like for like or issue a credit voucher. They also reserve the right to return the faulty item if they feel there is no manufacturing fault.
For purchases under 30 days old we will cover the cost of the return of the faulty item where needed, for purchases 30 days – under 60 days the cost of the return must be met by the customer.
Please retain any proof of posting, receipt or tracking number for any item returned as we cannot accept responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.

Our service standards for returns are 2/3 working days, but please allow longer at busier times of the year (E.g, Christmas).
Our customer services department will send you a confirmation email that your item has been received and the refund actioned.
