Good phones

These are good phones, with one small problem for me. They are a little big for my ears but the sound and controls are very good for the size. I have small ear holes, do is singing in happy to live with.

Bad design and difficult controls

The so called ergonomic design doesn't fit properly. Earphone keeps falling out or is too tight to fit in my ears. The design is quite weird and you can't use any generic covers and it hurts in ear if you do so. Controls are difficult to use. Music forward intermittently reduces volume, pauses music or triggers OK Google... basically anything but forward the music. Wouldn't recommend this at all.

Not what I thought

Sound quality is good, they feel if they don’t sit in ear in a snug way, and kept pausing playlist and voice kept coming on phone, most annoying, wouldn’t recommend, very disappointed

Surprisingly good earphones

Very loud and clear earphones. Read the manual as volume and track control are a bit different to most other makes, actually I like it better with the separate volume slider.
