Return policy details
I hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from me, I will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in an unworn condition within 14 days of receipt.
Should you wish to return an item, please notify me immediately. Do not send any items back prior to contacting me first as I will not accept any items returned without authorisation from myself
Items that are returned in an unfit state, have been worn or are damaged will not be accepted. Any items that are returned that do not comply with the returns policy will be returned to you and no refund/exchange given.
Items are returned at your own expense. I do not offer a free post service. If you do not include the correct postage on returning your unwanted items, the postal costs will be deducted from any refund due to you, including any surcharge that Royal Mail levy on underpaid items.
Upon receipt of the returned items, you will be issued with a refund, which will include any deduction of the original delivery charge.

All items remain the senders property until they arrive safely back with me. It is your responsibility to make sure that any items returned are adequately packaged with tracking and insurances in place, as I cannot be held responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. Any items damaged in transit due to insufficient packaging will not be refunded.
I will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged, but not when a product is simply unwanted. However, as stated above this is subject to gaining pre-authorisation from me prior to returning any items.
Faulty / Wrong Item
In the unlikely event that you receive faulty or wrong items, please contact me immediately. A replacement or full refund including any postage and packing costs will be offered upon the safe arrival of the goods back to me. Do not send any items back to me, prior to contacting first. I will not refund postage costs for any items returned to me without pre-authorisation. Items that have been authorised for return should be returned using the Royal Mail postal service.

As soon as I have received compensation from Royal Mail, a refund will be paid directly to you the customer. Compensation claims can take several weeks and it is sometimes required that the person who has received/not received the item completes a form
