1. There is a no required minimum order for any items

2. Delivery it will not charged at the cost of the courier the price you see is the price you pay; alternatively you can collect the items or send a courier yourself.

3. If you are not completely satisfied with the products you’ve bought from us a full refund is offered for 5 days after the products has been delivered to you. 

3.1. This 5 day guarantee works only for products bought online from us on eBaby or our website www.wholesalebabyproducts.co.uk. If you bought your products in retail or from another website, please contact them and check their Returns policy.

4. Returning a product if unsatisfactory/ Customer changed mind:
Please note that we can only accept returns of boxed/packed product if the item is returned to us in its original sealed packaging.
Please follow the procedure below:
Email us with the following information: 
• your contact information (last name, first name, address, email, phone number) 
• Name of the products 
• your reason for return 
• for boxed items, confirmation that the box is still in its original sealed packaging.  If the item has been opened, we are not obliged to offer a refund on the purchase. 

4.1. If you have purchased your item by credit card or PayPal, the refund is re-credited to the account associated with the credit card used for the order. 
If you have purchased your item using any other payment method, we’ll send you a refund by check once approved by our Financial Department. 
Please note that when returning the products it is the customer’s responsibility for the delivery/postage and payment fees cost, we will not refund this cost.

5. All goods remain the property of Wholesale Baby Products until paid for in full. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
