14 CALENDAR DAY RETURN POLICY - NO RETURNS AFTER THIS TIME - PLEASE SELECT & PAY FOR THE RETURN
Returns/Exchange: In line with the UK's distance selling regulations you have the right to a refund on a product if you notify the reason via email & we receive the item within 14 calendar days from the date that the item was delivered. This will entitle you to a full refund including any standard carriage charge paid. No upgraded or International carriage charges will be refunded. If the product is in the original package, unused & re-saleable, we require the purchaser to select & pay for the return option. We would advise insurance as we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged parcels whilst on the return route to us. Once received & inspected that the product has no sign of wear or damage we will issue a refund on the original purchase price and standard carriage charged by us if received with in the above time frame of 14 calendar days from receipt. NO REFUNDS will be refunded after this time.
We will issue refunds within 48 hours from the receipt of the goods back at our premises.
Exchange: The original item must be returned to our depot prior to the new item being despatched and with in 14 days, further carriage charges may apply terms & conditions are as above.
"Damaged on arrival" If goods are damaged on arrival please inform us immediately. We state clearly on all our packages that damages must be reported with- in 24 hours of receipt. If the box is visually damaged on delivery, please sign courier delivery notes as "damaged" or reject the parcel. If you find the item is damaged please notify us immediately or with- in 24 hours of the delivery time. If this guide line above has been met we will arrange to replace the item in the shortest time possible.
