I bought this somewhat dubious about matters, I politely asked for packaging to be good around damage area's, I received a quick postage, and kept me in touch by Email regarding the post, I received a box with loads of packaging to keep item safe in transit, brilliant !!, I notified the company I'd received item, I was told if I had any problem at all with item to get back in touch and they'd sort !!, everything is fine so far, the item works perfectly and I am pleased, both with item / seller
