Royal Mail 48 and 24 are not guaranteed services, if you need guaranteed service, please select courier or Special Delivery shipping option during checkout. While we dispatch all our orders promptly and on time, we can not be
responsible for delays caused by the delivery company/post. International orders will not be considered lost until 28 working days after dispatch.
If you have ordered the wrong item or confirmed an incorrect address, you can message us to request a change, however it is very unlikely your request will be received in time. We cannot be held responsible if the order is dispatched
without the change applied. Please double check everything before paying for your item.
If we have sent you the wrong item or your item is faulty, we must be contacted with photographic proof so we can make arrangements for return postage. If an item is sent back without authorization and confirmation of the error by a
member of our customer service team then we will be unable to refund your return postage.
