Terms and conditions of the sale
Most parts supplied are covered by a minimum 12 Month Manufacturers Warranty (Unless specified other). If the product is to be proved faulty or supplied incorrectly the buyer is entitled to a new replacement within that period from the original purchase date. This warranty only covers the item or part, it does not cover any consequential losses (Labour fees etc).
 
If any product is purchased by mistake, we are more than happy to exchange or refund within a 14 day period from purchase date minus the original postage cost. All return costs will be covered at the buyers expense and no original postage costs will be refunded. Please ensure the item is unused and in it's original packaging, in a saleable condition as supplied. Make sure you include your ebay user ID and the reason for the return.
 
If a product is proved to be damaged by courier prior to arrival, a direct replacement will be arranged at our expense. We require notice within 24 hours or receiving the goods of any damages/missing items. No parts sent via courier will be delivered without a signature upon delivery.
