Return policy details
1. Should your item be damaged in transit or faulty upon its arrival then please inform us within 48 working hours and post the item back to us with the completed returns slip within 7 days of reciept of goods. Unfortunately any goods found to be faulty after this 7 day valid period may not be exchanged, however each case will be dealt with on an individual basis. Once we have your item back it will be inspected and we aim to get your refund or replacement processed within 48 hours.
2.If you are not completely happy with your purchase, or it was not quite what you were expecting we will be happy to refund your purchase, although we do have a few conditions.
A. You inform us of the return and sent it back to us with the completed returns slip within 7 days of receipt.
B. The item in question has not been used.
C. If exchanging a non faulty item further carriage charges will apply.
