We reserve the right to change or amend our prices without notice. Every product has its own postage and packing charge that is calculated for each item based on it's weight and the type of packaging required. We are happy to combine several items together to save postage. Please contact us for a combined postage and packing charge.

The quoted postage rates are for UK mainland delivery only. Please contact us for overseas deliveries.

 

Delivery Policy

Orders are normally dispatched within 48 working hours of receiving payment. Please allow extra time during Bank Holidays. If there is going to be a significant delay, we will contact you with an expected dispatch date.

Orders will be despatched by either Royal Mail First Class post or next day courier depending on the weight of the order and the delivery postcode.

If an order is required urgently, please contact us before placing an order to ensure we have stock.

Please allow 7-10 days for delivery from posting date for postal deliveries and 5-7 days for courier deliveries.

Should an order not get delivered, please contact us for help. Courier deliveries are insured up to £500 for loss. Royal Mail do not consider an item of mail lost until after 15 days.

 

Product Guarantee

All items are sold subject to the manufacturers guarantee. In most cases, unless otherwise stated this will be at least 12 months for new items and parts. Items or parts sold as used are not covered by any guarantee but can be returned for a refund if they are considered not as described.

The guarantee only covers the specific item or part, the guarantee does not cover any consequential losses or damage, personal or to property.

Any faulty item or part must be returned with details of the date of purchase and an invoice/packing number for inspection before a refund or replacement is offered.

Some items will need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection before a refund or replacement is considered. The guarantee does not cover any freight charges, the buyer is responsible for any return postage or courier fees.

 

Returns Policy

Our 14-day returns policy means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink-wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, less the postage/delivery charge. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty. Please note that we reserve the right to send back items to you that have been returned to us after 14 days unless they are faulty.

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than £50.00 GBP.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

 

Cancellation Policy

An order placed by phone/fax or email can be cancelled if adequate notice is given before we dispatch the order. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled but the goods can be returned in accordance with our return policy.

Orders placed through eBay can only be cancelled by going through the eBay unpaid item dispute.

Any orders placed through eBay but not paid for will automatically be filed for an unpaid item dispute after 7 days unless contact has been made by the buyer explaining how payment will be made.
